"What a great day Sunday turned out to be. I learned a lot about anger management which brought me to a serious thought in my mind,. " there is nothing so bad that something good does not come from it". I was angry because I did not know how to cope with my thoughts. The tools you have provided will last a life time, ( as long as I will review them to keep me on target). Thanks for my future outlook on life. Nothing comes to those that do not want to do their best to correct their errors and learn from those mistakes. I learned a lot because of your help. Thank you.
I'd like to send a warm thank you for your smile, dedication and adding a bit of your life to the program. It touched me that you would share this and how amazingly similar some of my life was. When we all have suffered. It's good to hear others have suffered as well to make us appreciate how special and individual we are (but still similar in our sufferings to most everyday individuals). Every body has some form of pain. It is because of individuals like you that change the world, ... 'one angry person at a time'.
