Domestic Violence Program in Lieu of the Respectful Relationships Program
A Respectful Relationships Program is a psycho-educational program which couples education and counselling to help clients who display controlling, violent and abusive behaviours towards their intimate partners. Respectful Relationships Program are taught across British Columbia by providers approved by the province.
The Anger Managers provide a court-approved Respectful Relationships Program / Domestic Violence program in Surrey on a one-on-one, private basis. The Anger Managers' present a program that is based on The Duluth Model of Domestic Violence and that is pre-approved by the court.
Court-Approved
The Domestic Violence Program alternative to the Respectful Relationships Program offered by The Anger Managers is court-approved. All alternative Respectful Relationships Program in British Columbia are subject to court-approval, so The Anger Managers will provide you with a Letter of Intent to provide the Crown Attorney who will then pre-approve our program.
