Who would've thought that I would be starting a blog! I'm told that all of my audience actually WANTS to hear the rambling that flow out of this girl's face, so here I go:
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Jessica Cox (that's me on the left, my lovely cousin is with me). I am a mother and wife (and entrepreneur), who lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with my beautiful family.
Long, windy, boring stuff loses my attention quickly and I'm sure you know just how I feel. So, my plan is to fill this blog with fun facts, interesting tidbits, and funny personal stories (oh! do I ever a lot of those!) AND let's not forget, the FREE anger management advice!

Today, I want to share an anger myth with you guys. I believe that it is a very important thing for people to know.
Yesterday I was discussing my marketing campaigns with my hero, my Nana, and she was under the impression that the only people who need anger management were those who outwardly expressed their anger. This is a ...MYTH!
Did you know that only 10% of the population outwardly express their anger?! That's right! That means that 90% of us are repressing ('I'm not angry!') or supressing ('I don't want to talk about it') their anger!! Just as outwardly expressed anger can cause a ton of problems in your daily life, supressed and repressed anger can cause huge health and emotional issues!
People who don't talk about their anger need anger management just as much as the ones who yell and scream! Anger management can teach people on both ends of the spectrum how to express their anger in a calm, healthy manner.
